Description
This project will consist of a comprehensive feasibility study to assess 2 potential alignments for a multi-use rail trail in Palmer. This trail will be a critical link in the MCRT, a 104-mile trail connecting Northampton to Boston. The trail will facilitate safe pedestrian/bicycle travel while also enhancing access to Palmer's natural landscapes and providing residents and visitors with more recreational opportunities.
